» S H I P P I N G

Please allow up to one week of processing prior to shipment. We strive to get things sent out as quickly as possible, however, sometimes when things get busy things can take a little but longer. Custom orders can take up to three weeks to process. 

In order to keep shipping affordable, we ship via Canada Post airmail which does NOT come with a tracking number. If you would like a tracking number, please notify us prior to ordering as there will be an additional charge. 

Shipping times are all estimated - if you absolutely need something by a certain date, please contact us prior to ordering at nicole@saltwatertea.com. Canadian orders take anywhere from 2-7 business days (not including processing time), US orders take 5-15 business days and international orders can take around 14 or more. 

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS » you are responsible for any customs, duties, import fees required by your country. 

Customers residing in Calgary can opt to pick up their purchase at my next event by using the code LOCALPICKUP and save on shipping. Please email us after completing your purchase to arrange a pick up. 

» R E F U N D  P O L I C Y 

Please consider all items final sale. We are unable to offer refunds, but are happy to exchange your item if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase! {please see below terms + conditions}.

» Exchange Terms + Conditions: an exchange will be offered in the following circumstances:

1.) The item arrives broken - we put a lot of care into packaging our items for shipment, but sometimes these things happen. Please email a photograph of the broken product to nicole@saltwatertea.com, along with a copy of your receipt. Items must be returned to Salt Water Tea within 18 days of receipt. In this scenario, you will be required to pay for return shipping of the broken product, and we will happily send you a new one at no charge along with a small treat.

2.) You are unhappy with the item you received. We do our best to describe and photograph each item in great detail, but please feel free to ask us questions before you order! If it happens that you receive your item, and you are unhappy, you may select a new item of equal value from whatever products are currently in stock online. Please submit any exchange requests to nicole@saltwatertea.com, include a receipt/order number. Items must be new + unworn and returned to Salt Water Tea within 18 days of receipt. You will be required to pay for return shipping, as well as the shipping of the new item (approximately $10-$15). We will send the new item upon receipt of the returned item.
